Weather permitting, the White Seabass that were delivered by Hubbs / Sea World Research Institute will be released from their pens. The fish have been looked after, fed and cared for by our fantastic group of volunteers. Tentative release time *4:30 PM. Please verify with the Balboa Angling Club, Sunday 03/01/2026.
