BILLFISH BOARD

Certificates of weight must be filed with the weighmaster within fifteen (15) days of the date of the catch.

Tackle must be exhibited when fish is weighed. Any protest relative to weight of fish or manner of weighing must be made before fish is removed from the certified scale. Any protest relative to tackle or method of killing fish must be made in writing by a member and filed with Secretary within thirty(30) days from the time the weight certificate was filed.

The award of buttons, certificates and trophies will be governed by the tackle on which it is taken/released (angler must declare the line class at time of application). Angler is required to provide ten (10) feet of line for testing to the button or trophy fish. If angler questions the Club’s line class decision, a written response is necessary within thirty (30) days.
